Free Shipping

On the majority of items in our epsparts.com web site, ground shipping is free in the 48 contiguous states, on orders of $100.00 or more. On orders over approximately $75.00, whether by ground or air receive a discount on shipping charges, based on the amount of the order. There are a few exceptions such as sheet metal, body parts, exhaust parts, and oversized items, like under car panels. These exceptions are rare, and if there is an exception that has not been previously noted, we will notify you before adding the shipping charges. Whenever possible we will work to decrease the amount by sharing the shipping costs.

Save on Shipping Charges

There is nothing worse than needing a $1.00 part to finish a job, and having the shipping charges be $8.00 to get it delivered. We at epsparts.com know and understand this.
 
What can we do about it? With our extensive experience in the business of shipping auto parts sold through eBay, we have come to appreciate the benefits of the United States Postal Service (USPS).  In the last 5 years changes in the way the USPS does business has offered the opportunity to be able to ship cheaper and faster than UPS, FedEx, or any of the others.
 
Although we do not have a shipping calculator to include the UPS charges, plus it is sometimes difficult to calculate because of the various packaging available, such as "Flat Rate" boxes, we will ship whenever possible via the USPS mail system.
 
This offers much faster delivery to the East Coast, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, etc. for a much lower charge than  through UPS.
 
This takes flexibility on our part, and we are willing to send that $1.00 gasket via 1st class mail, for $.50 or a $1.00 if you ask. But you need to ask. Generally when I email or call a customer to inquire of the viability to do this, I do not hear back for a few days. I get uncomfortable holding orders, but if asked ahead of time, will make sure cost and expedience are both considered in the shipping method!
