This is a new timing chain sprocket for the double row timing chain.


This is made in Germany, by SWAG, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to BMW.


This is the camshaft gear / sprocket for double row timing chains.


This was used on all of the 6 cylinder M30 BMW engines through 1978, after that they began using a single row chain.


The BMW part number on this is 11-31-1-253-112.

This new double row camshaft chain gear will fit the following years and models of BMW:
