Quick Glow Plug Kit for 190D, 200D, 220D, 240D

4 Cylinder Large Thread Fast Glow Plug Kit for 4 Cylinder Models Through mid-1980.

This is a complete, easy to install, fast glow, glow plug kit for 4 cylinder diesels.

I have these in my 1979 240D and they glow at the count of 3 in the coldest weather we have here, low - mid 30's.

These new Bosch Quick Glow Plugs replace the original 18mm thread, 21mm wrench size, loop style plugs.

These are the latest technology Duraterm technology quick glow plugs.

The connector wires are heavy duty 600V 10 gauge automotive wire with double crimped copper lugs and covered in heat shrink tubing.

Included in this kit are new washer head nuts.

Although the glow plugs used in this kit are post glow plugs, they will not funcion as such without the necessary relay.

The fast glow with post glow kit, is also available, although instillation is more complex.

240 D - 616.916 - 1974, 1975, 1976

240 D - 616.812 - 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 through mid-1980.
